How do I earn Fidelitos with steps or cycling?
Grant motion permissions and, for cycling/running/swimming, connect Apple Health or Health Connect. The app syncs automatically. Requires a native build (not Expo Go).
Do my Fidelitos expire?
Yes, they may expire according to program rules. The app warns you when points expire today.
How do I redeem a reward?
Choose a store and reward, create the redemption, and present the QR code at the store within the indicated time.
I don't see my Garmin workout
Make sure Garmin Connect exports to Apple Health / Health Connect and that the workout has distance recorded for today.
