Frequently asked questions
Do I need to create an account?
No. The app has no registration or login. Everything is saved on your iPhone or iPad.
Does my data sync between devices?
There is no automatic cloud sync. To move an event to another device, export it as a
.expenses.zip file from Share and send it via WhatsApp, Mail, or another app; then
import it on the other phone.
How do I import an event from WhatsApp?
The file must be a .expenses.zip exported from pagadios.app. Long-press the file in
WhatsApp → Share → pagadios.app. You can also use Import from the app's main screen.
How do I back up my events?
Open the event → Share → “Export event file (.zip)”. Save or send that file to a safe place. Each export includes expenses, participants, and attached receipts.
Does the app charge a subscription?
No. pagadios.app is free and ad-free. You can optionally buy a coffee (one-time purchase via App Store) to support development; it is not required.
